Many training or coaching tools are universal. What counts is understanding client’s needs and the dynamics specific to them or their environment. I have a track record of having worked successfully with business clients, public institutions and individuals, who are leaders and members of large organisations and private individuals alike.

I mostly train and coach in English. As a Warsaw-based Pole, I work in Polish, as well. Having lived and worked in some European countries, I see myself as well-equipped to bridge cultural differences and understand both Central European and Western European contexts.
