You may find yourself in need of a facilitator, who will support a decision-making process or guide you towards reaching an agreement.

I am happy to assist you in holding space for involved parties. In doing so, I take care of making voices that are important in this process heard and delivering a solution to suit those involved.

As a facilitator, I draw from my experience in working towards an agreement in a multi-layer process with many influential stakeholders (the ‘Rio+20’ UN Sustainable Development Summit).

The methodology I am inspired by is Convergent Facilitation.
